2. Digital products
The store may offer EPUB eBooks, M4B audiobooks and bundles containing both formats. Printed editions linked to external platforms are purchased from the relevant third party and are not direct sales by this website.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and include the indirect taxes applicable to the transaction under the relevant tax rules. The final total is displayed before the order is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout. Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Wisdom Tales Books.
5. Delivery and customer account
After payment confirmation, digital content is made available through the customer account and/or the download links provided. Unless the product page states otherwise, WooCommerce downloadable files are limited to 3 downloads within 14 days. Protected eBooks may contain an individual licence identifier linked to the order.
6. Technical requirements
An Internet connection is required to obtain the files, together with software or devices capable of reading EPUB and/or M4B. Customers should check basic device compatibility before purchase. Statutory conformity rights remain applicable where a technical issue is attributable to the supplied file.
7. Personal-use licence
Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to read or listen to the work privately. Resale, public sharing, redistribution, uploading to file-sharing networks, removal of licence identifiers and commercial exploitation are prohibited unless expressly authorised.
8. Withdrawal and immediate supply
Where the customer expressly requests that supply of digital content begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledges that, once performance begins, the right of withdrawal is lost under the conditions laid down by applicable law, the content will be supplied immediately after payment. Where the legal requirements for loss of the withdrawal right are not met, any applicable withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
9. Conformity and support
Digital content is covered by the statutory conformity rules that apply to the transaction. If a file cannot be downloaded, is corrupted or does not match the purchased product, please contact iyobosa@wisdomtalesbooks.com so that an appropriate statutory remedy can be provided.
10. Intellectual property
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. Purchasing a digital copy does not transfer reproduction, distribution, public-communication or adaptation rights.
11. Customer service and complaints
Questions and complaints may be sent to iyobosa@wisdomtalesbooks.com. This does not affect the consumer’s right to contact competent consumer-protection or alternative-dispute-resolution bodies.
12. Governing law
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence. Mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
