1. Digital content
EPUB eBooks and M4B audiobooks sold directly by Wisdom Tales Books are digital content supplied without a tangible medium.
2. Immediate supply and withdrawal
Consumers generally have the statutory withdrawal right that applies to distance contracts. However, where the consumer expressly requests supply of digital content during that period, acknowledges that beginning performance causes loss of the withdrawal right, and receives the confirmation required by law, the withdrawal right ceases to apply once supply begins.
3. Refunds
Loss of the withdrawal right does not remove statutory remedies for lack of conformity. Refund or corrective requests will be considered, including where a file is corrupted or incorrect, a download failure is attributable to the seller, a duplicate charge occurs, or applicable law otherwise provides a remedy.
4. Digital-content conformity
For digital content supplied in a single act, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity existing at supply and becoming apparent within the statutory period. Where applicable, the consumer may request that the content be brought into conformity, a price reduction or termination under the conditions laid down by law.
5. Downloads
Unless the product page states otherwise, audiobook files managed through WooCommerce allow 3 downloads within 14 days. Personalised eBooks are delivered through the Wisdom Tales Books licensing system. Download access expires 14 days after payment; any additional applicable limit will be communicated to the buyer. If access expires because of a technical issue attributable to the website, the customer may request assistance.
6. Support requests
